To increase the chance of survivability it is necessary to practice, train, be strong, confident and so on, but now I fundamentally disagree with the opinion that only traditional martial arts, only a certain style can provide this!

More than that, in order to ensure that skills are not divorced from reality, that safe thinking is formed and a person can act optimally in extreme situations, it’s not enough just to train in any style or school of traditional or non-traditional martial arts or martial arts!

To have the strength is not enough, to be able to apply the techniques of this or that martial art at tournaments or in the model conditions of the hall / tatami / ring, only a comprehensive training, which forms the thinking, based on the maximum control of the situation, when you are ready to work in different conditions without and with different weapons, only then you increase your reaction rate, you widely control the situation and react to the danger in time.
There is such a term – the stability zone!

By the STABILITY ZONE we mean the span of an event, within the limits of which the human nervous system retains the ability to self-regulate, without interfering with the tactical task and the “current” stress does not turn into “prolonged” stress.

The stability zone of a person who is engaged in any style is limited to this very style, sport and only the expansion of the stability zone, the inclusion of new knowledge, skills, abilities, which are needed here and now, which are needed to maintain being yourself, that is what expands your stability zone and reduces the encounter with unfamiliar stress!

Therefore, only a set of knowledge, skills can increase the chance of survivability and provide the most practical outcome for someone who wants to live safely.

The problem is that colleagues forget that in our society ordinary people do not have the opportunity to spend years to train, to achieve results in sports, martial arts, self-defense, to learn to protect themselves and their loved ones.

Only a clear start from point “A” to point “B”, allows you to teach something in a short period of time, but for many and many instructors such a training scheme is not available as a system, as an understanding of the process, that is, coaches are not ready to understand the beginning and end of the training segment, not ready to build so methodical training to achieve results in a short time.

Therefore it is necessary to remember that safety requires not so much self-deception as a critical look at your strengths and weaknesses and constant testing of yourself, your skills in the conditions of practical workouts.

We have already for 15 years introduced the parameter of real training and we use this training to the maximum for skills acquisition, we consider such approach to be correct and practical!
